Our Vegan recipe was carefully created with a delicious blend of gourmet mixed mushrooms, sea kelp, and a few specially selected ingredients to make a delicious kimchi. Many have even preferred the vegan kimchi over kimchi containing shellfish in a blind taste test.  
 
This kimchi has a medium spice-level of gochugaru.  The radish in our recipe leaves our kimchi with a clean taste.  It's also sugar free, naturally sweetened by Vidala sweet onions and a little stevia.
