Delivery Policy:
If you are within the red shaded area, you are eligible for local delivery at $3 flat rate, or free if you order 4 jars or more. If you are unsure if you fall into the local delivery area, please feel free to contact us and ask.
(note: we are working to get into local markets very soon if you fall outside our local delivery area. Check on our website or social media for updates.
We have suspended shipping for the time being. Please find us a local markets in the Austin area. See the calendar and where to find us pages. Thank you.
Shipping Policy:

We ship USPS Priority Mail 1-3 days within the continental US, and we ship on Mondays the week following your order. Order cut off time is 6pm on Tuesday. If you order on a weekend (Thank you! We love any orders!) we will ship the following Monday from a fresh batch that week. It is a flat rate of $10, with free shipping on orders of $80.

If you do not receive your order in 7 days, please let us know so that we can look into it and send you a replacement order. If your original order shows up after 7 days, then yay, more kimchi for you!

Return Policy:
We do not take any returns. If your order has been damaged during shipment, please contact us at info@thecurativeplate.com with a picture of the damaged product so that we can resolve the issue in a timely manner.
